What do you feel is the most important piece of a Biological Technician's role and why?

Because the scientific industry is very regulated, it is a good idea to speak about something necessary to validate any testing that is completed based on those industry regulations. For example, you may want to say that data integrity or data review is most important because a simple error may invalidate all of the work that was completed for that testing.

"I feel that the most important piece of a Biological Technician's role is data review. Client interaction and testing are incredibly important, but testing can quickly be invalidated because of a very simple mistake in the data documentation. Without data review, so many of these simple errors would be missed, which would result in lost time and money for the company and client."
