This weakness can be something that was pointed out to you during a performance evaluation or in a one-on-one meeting or even something that you have noticed about yourself that could be improved upon. Focus on a weakness that you have been made aware of, and discuss how you could be a better employee if you were to work on this improvement opportunity.

"If you contacted my supervisor I think that she would say that note-taking is my biggest weakness. While my documentation is excellent, my handwriting is not the best, which at times makes it very difficult for my team to interpret my notes. I know that I need to slow down and take the time to write more legibly so that others can review my work. Improving my handwriting would not only benefit team members on the data review team who have to read my documentation to validate testing, but it would also help newer employees in the future to read my notes if they perform a similar test."
