How do you measure the success of your work?

The interviewer asks this question to determine the standards you hold yourself to. The interviewer wants to hear you describe what makes you feel proud of your work and how you decide if you have done well.

Think about times that you have gone home from work feeling proud or accomplished. Talk about what specifically made you feel that way and how you determine if your work has been successful.

"I feel that my work has been successful when I can see the impact that it has on the community or people's lives. Sometimes it is hard to see how successful my work has been until I am well into a project, but once I can see the effect that it will have, it is a pretty great feeling."
