The interviewer wants to determine if there is any piece of the role that you may struggle with and if you will be a good fit for the position. The interviewer would rather you be honest about any reservations regarding the role so that it is not a concern after you begin working if hired.

If you have anything that you need clarification on, now is the time to ask those questions. For example, if there is a travel requirement that you have questions about or if you are unsure of certain programs that are used at the company, ask for clarification now. Discuss any concerns that you have with the role while expressing that you are still very interested. If you feel that you will not have any issues meeting the expectations of the role, reassure the interviewer of that.
