"In my opinion, the most important skill for a biochemistry technician to have is the ability to multitask. While you will have a pretty regular workload with routine testing, it is not unusual to have a curveball thrown at you with a rush testing request. I often need to multitask in my role to accommodate client needs and to complete all of my work in a timely manner."
