Why do you feel that following company policy is so important?

Think about the policies that were set in place at companies that you previously worked for. Talk about why you believe those policies were important and why it was necessary for those policies to exist in order for the facility to run smoothly and safely.

"I know that policies are put into place for a reason and that they are generally to protect the employee as well as the company. I know that going outside of company policy is unethical and puts both myself and the company at risk."
