Where do you see yourself in your career in the next five years?

Think about what your career goals are over the next few years. Talk about what you would like to accomplish over the next five years and where you see yourself in your career. If you are looking for longevity with a company, this is a great time to express that to the interviewer.

"My goal is to find a company that I can continue to learn and grow with. I have worked with a few different scientific companies now and my hope is to settle down at one company and grow with them and continue to have an employment relationship with them while eventually growing into a leadership role."
