"I think that my supervisor would probably tell you that I help the newer employees a bit too much. Instead of having them utilize the tools that have been provided to them or asking them to refer to notes that they have taken throughout training, a lot of times I will provide them with extra help or give them answers to questions that they could have found the answers to in their resources. I know that this is something that I need to actively work on because it will help them to become more independent in their roles as arborists."
