"When I encounter academic difficulty, I recognize the issue early and approach my professor for additional information or study resources. With these resources, I either increase the time spent reviewing the class material or engage another person to increase my understanding of the topic. For instance, during my biophysical chemistry class this year, I fell behind as we approached the subject of molecular interactions. To ensure my success, I hired a Department of Chemistry tutor. This approach was beneficial, and I gained a much clearer understanding of the subject, which helped my grade a great deal. I will not hesitate to seek outside assistance if I encounter difficulties while attending this pharmacy program."

The interviewers want to see that you do not crumble when faced with academic challenges.
