Since you have not entered the pharmacy program, you have likely not been taught how to handle a customer who shows signs of drug abuse. Additionally, the company you work for may have specific protocols for handling a case like this. Show the interviewers that you understand the signs of prescription drug abuse and will handle these customers according to how you will be taught and your company's protocols.
