The interviewers want to know that if you are accepted into the University of the Pacific, you will have the support required for your heavy and challenging pharmacy program workload.

Discuss your support system and how your family and friends express their excitement for your career. You can also mention anyone in your family who may have had a similar path in the pharmaceutical industry.

"My family is incredibly proud of me for going into the pharmaceutical industry. My father is especially keen as he graduated from the University of the Pacific and works as a pharmacist. My parents and older brother live in the area, so I will have a robust and encouraging support system should I be accepted into the University of the Pacific."

If you do not have the support of your family, do not dwell on this fact; instead, describe the support of friends or other loved ones. The interview panel mainly wants to hear that you have a support system and that they will help you if needed while attending the pharmacy program.
