QUESTION 21 OF 40

How would you react if you discovered a classmate cheating?

This honesty-based question tests your character and reveals how you deal with awkward or uncomfortable situations. If you have found yourself in a situation like this, you can draw on that story for your reply. Be careful not to throw anyone under the bus; you can rarely recover from unsavory behavior like that in an interview.

"I believe an honorable person will do what is right even when nobody is looking. The pharmaceutical industry deserves only honorable graduates. For that reason, I would tell a superior if I found a classmate cheating."

The interview panel wants to hear that you would either speak with your classmate to determine if they were cheating and allow them to turn themselves in or tell your concerns to the professor or a superior. If you are the type to overlook this type of behavior, the interview panel will question your integrity and morals.
