This question is a test of your self-evaluative skills and your self-awareness. Individuals with confidence, strong skills, experience, and leadership potential are more likely to succeed. But the greatest predictor of success, according to research, is one's level of self-awareness, which is the heart of this question. Share how you feel you have performed so far. This requires setting fear aside and being honest with yourself. Be specific about where you wished you had performed better. Doing so could be to your advantage and provide you a chance to return to any questions you stumbled on and answer how you would have liked the first time. Doing so will not only exhibit your self-awareness, but an ability to learn from your mistakes, courage, a high EQ, and an ability to take ownership of your mistakes. These are all strong selling points.
