As a pre-med student, you are most likely reading medical books! If you are reading another type of book in addition to medical books, share the name and author of the book and how reading it has impacted you so far. The interviewers will appreciate your taking time out of your studies to read for pleasure. Medical school admissions committees want well-rounded students who are knowledgeable about other topics than the scientific prerequisites.
