Medical school is expensive. Have you made a solid financial plan for tuition costs at Midwestern University and beyond?

"I have been making arrangements for many years to afford attendance at Midwestern University. My finances are in good order."

"I started planning as early as possible and was very careful in determining how much to request in loan assistance. I will also be happy to utilize any financial aid/assistance from the university. I also plan to receive and implement sound advice from others to ensure that my financial plan is beneficial and current."

While you do not need to divulge your financial plan to the interviewers, it is okay if you would like to share how you plan to afford medical school. Some people are more private with their financial affairs and wish only to tell the interviewers they have a solid financial plan. In contrast, others do not mind sharing that they received funding from family, saved money for years, or received financial aid.
