You want to come across as ready, capable, and willing to perform every aspect of your future job, even the parts you like least. Additionally, explain why. For most people, their reasons align with their dominant behavioral traits, that of being an introvert and enjoying more analytical tasks or being an extrovert and enjoying more human interaction. Even when you have a preference, try to strike a balance between both spheres.
