"When I'm working for a company whose values I feel aligned with, I always do my best work. I loved the last company that I worked for because I believed so deeply in their mission and values, so I was constantly volunteering for extra hours and offered to cover coworkers' shifts. I also volunteered for non-paid opportunities to contribute, like coming in early to help our display coordinator finish up a project or setting up for special events. I loved my team, so it never felt like 'work' to be a strong achiever; it just came naturally to me. That's the kind of environment I'm hoping for here at Williams-Sonoma as well."
