The more career minded a professional is, the more they'll build their career as they would build a business. Most successful businesses build their company and brands by focusing on their core values and missions statements. This helps them build a loyal following among their stakeholders (clients and future partnerships). Developing your own core values and missions statements will help you align yourself with the company you are interested in partnering with. Think of this question as addressing your credibility statement, ensuring you come across as trustworthy and honest with your clients, peers, and management.

"My mission statement is to remain humble as I grow my career, and always look for opportunities to grow and learn. The more I know, the better position my clients will be in; however, it takes humility to admit there is always more to learn."

My mission statement is to be a humble and ethical person. I believe staying humble in my career is one of the ways to improve as a person. Learn from the best and help people who need guidance. The world is changing rapidly. We will always miss out on knowledge that we don't know and on the other hand, we may have some knowledge that other people do not know. Sharing what we know and learning from someone who is better is the key to success in life. I believe being ethical is really important no matter what we are doing, work within the line is one of the elements to success in personal development and even from the bank's perspective, unethical employees will cause the banks a lot of trouble in the future.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you always strive to be both humble and ethical. Why are these values so important to you? When did you decide to live your life this way? Did you know someone who inspired you to want to be humble and ethical? Adding some more details will further improve your response. Otherwise, nice job!
