Preserving their reputation equates to ensuring every employee holds themselves to their standard. If anyone has ever asked you to unethically act out of accordance with such shared values, describe the nuanced situation without speaking poorly of your fellow finance professionals, past employers, or past clients. If this situation has never happened to you, all the better! Take a minute to share your views and opinions with the interviewer while exhibiting your integrity and ethical core values.

"In my career, I have been offered gifts from clients, and although this is not a direct crime, it never feels right to accept anything lavish from a client. I do everything that I can to keep my relationships strictly professional. You can rest assured that I would act with utmost honesty and integrity, representing UBS Wealth Management with pride every day."
