Airline Operations Agents with Qatar Airways have to perform many different duties in their work. One important aspect of the job can be seen as very advanced shipping and receiving duties, where you will be accepting shipments, overseeing the loading and unloading of freight, and the tracking of luggage that is loaded and unloaded from the airplanes. If you have direct experience in any shipping/receiving settings, that is great, and be sure to talk about that experience. If you don't have direct experience, there is no need to worry as long as you can talk about your ability to learn on the job. Just be open and honest with your interviewer and let them know that you possess the organizational and technical skills to be trained and learn this aspect of the job quickly if you join the team at Qatar Airways.
