PPD tries to accommodate employees with regard to scheduling preferences as much as possible. Is there a particular schedule that would be a better fit with your personal/family responsibilities?

While it is good to explain the schedule that would work best for you, it is also a great idea to show the interviewer you are flexible in your schedule. If you cannot be flexible, explain what outside obligation keeps you from working any shift the company gives you.

"I am a single dad with two school-aged children. Ideally, the day shift would be a better fit for me. This schedule would allow me to fulfill my work and home responsibilities without conflict. However, my sister helps out when needed, so I could work any schedule you give me."
