"The work in this role with HCPs will involve providers that are conducting clinical trials and it will be very important that issues like product supply and patient recruitment. I want you to feel confident in my ability to be a quick and effective problem solver as part of the Novo Nordisk team. In my current role, I similarly liaise with physicians and advanced practice providers and I have to have the ability to prioritize the calls and emails that come my way with requests. Just a few weeks ago, I had a key physician contact me who needed more medication for a trial they were participating in. Knowing that my next day was filled with a few meetings, I worked quickly to reschedule those meetings for the following week so I could spend the day traveling to my home office, obtaining supplies, and driving them to the physician's office myself. She was very pleased with my service and the trial didn't face any hiccups."
