If Novo Nordisk offered you this role, would you have any minimum salary requirements to accept the job?

Before your interview, this is a question that you hopefully put some thought into to make a career move to Novo Nordisk. As you found out when you applied, they do not list salary ranges on their career site. So your research on the position you are being considered for may be vital. You want to be honest with your interviewer and the best way to typically do this is by using your current salary. You also want to be careful not to price yourself out of contention with a salary that is simply out of their pay range for the job.
