"I think this is so vital, especially in a role like this at Novo Nordisk where I'll be collaborating with medical specialists, trial managers, and data specialists. I know I'll be expected to be a liaison between all three teams. If I were to join in this role, my first step in helping to develop solid relationships with these new colleagues would include an open office door at all times and coordinating initial 'get to know you meetings.' From there, trust is really developed in my communications and my word. I am a person that follows through on commitments, communicates if I'm unsure of something or know something won't be delivered on time and always listens to my colleagues' thoughts and input."
