This doesn't mean you have be a 'social butterfly' but you do need to be able to be social enough to work on a team and help others. If you are a sociable person, talk about this and highlight how it will benefit the company.

"I am not the most social person outside of work but when it comes to my work I am comfortable interacting with others and delivering great customer experience. I save all of my social energy for work and I am not afraid to go outside of my comfort zone."
