Would you say you are a sociable person?

If your position involves working with customers you will need to be able to comfortably interact with others. This doesn't mean you have be a 'social butterfly' but you do need to be able to be social enough to work on a team and help others. If you are a sociable person, talk about this and highlight how it will benefit the company.

"I am not the most social person outside of work but when it comes to my work I am comfortable interacting with others and delivering great customer experience. I save all of my social energy for work and I am not afraid to go outside of my comfort zone."

I would say that I am an introverted person and not likely to be very sociable, but when it comes to working, I am willing to help my team members as well as deliver great customer service with an enthusiastic attitude and warmly welcoming.
