When you are in a argument it can be difficult to get out of it and come to an agreement. Sometimes we want to be right no matter what. The interviewer wants to know your work will always be your main focus and if an argument gets in the way you will find a way to compromise and continue with your work.

"My coworker and I were arguing over the best way to prepare the seasonal milkshake. I noticed that several cars had parked in the lot. Instead of continuing to argue we came to the conclusion that we each had our own unique method."
