If you find a problem going on with two different employees, what would you do?
The interviewer wants to know your leadership style and how you handle difficult situations. Think back to a situation that best showcases your conflict resolution skills. What was the issue between the two employees? How did you intervene? What was the result of your intervention?
"Once I had two employees that were arguing because one of them felt that they always had to pull the other one's weight whenever they were on the same shift together. We sat down the three of us and I asked each employee to share why they were frustrated. It turned out one of the employees tried to stay out of the other ones way because he feared that she did not like having him in her way. She told him he can always work by her side. They just needed the chance to talk it out."
