This question is asking you to acknowledge your weakness. Take this as an opportunity to state your weakness but also offer a plan of how you will improve it. Don't give a serious reason of why they may not hire you such as 'I a have a poor work ethic.' Instead think of something that another employee may have that you do not such as, 'I have less experience in the food industry.'
