Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for customer service?

Great customer service is critical for a brand as big as McDonalds. Customers want to know that they will have a great experience at McDonalds no matter what location they are at. Think of a time where you took that extra step to make a customer happy. Maybe you refunded a customer's order without them asking because it took too long or you helped carry food out for a customer who had their hands full.
