In the past year, what weakness have you turned into a strength?

"In the past year, I've worked on turning my tendency to procrastinate into a strength. I struggled with getting started on tasks and often waited until the last minute to complete them. But I've learned that by breaking down larger projects into smaller, more manageable tasks and setting specific deadlines, I can stay on track and avoid procrastination. Additionally, I've started using productivity tools and techniques such as the Pomodoro Technique to help me stay focused and motivated throughout the day. My ability to recognize and address my weaknesses has made me a stronger and more effective worker."
