I want to work and grow with an organization that holds the same values as mine and that always strives to provide the best in patient care. In five years, I aim to gain more experience as a registered nurse in the emergency department. Then, my ten-year goal is to have obtained my Master's in Nursing degree and work as an advanced practice nurse where I will have more responsibilities and prescriptive privileges."
