You have to put your best foot forward, on behalf of Kroger, no matter the situation. Discuss with the interviewer how you would handle an aggressive customer.

"If I had a customer who was being aggressive and disrespectful, I would keep a calm voice and ask them what I could do to remedy the situation. If the situation escalated to the point where I had to call security, I would do so. I will always respect people and would certainly apply my customer resolution training wherever possible."
