Kroger has one of the best and most flexible return policies in the market. Kroger will almost always accept returns of products, even if it's because you don't like the brand. Often, you don't need a receipt! They offer refunds, exchanges, or a Kroger gift card. As a Kroger employee, you may still come across customers who want to argue with store policy. Assure the interviewer that you can handle a situation like this with poise while keeping the customer happy, and keeping the needs of the company in mind as well.
