Tell me about your experience in training and coaching others.
Coaching and training experience may not be a direct requirement for this role, but they are abilities that are always valued by an employer. Briefly explain the knowledge that you do have in training, and coaching, in the workplace.
"In my last position, I trained new hires on how to use our applicant tracking system. It was a very cool experience because it showed me that I love to teach and train. I am good at explaining how things work. It required a lot of patience, but it helped me to recognize my leadership potential."
"I have been a part of the interviewing and on-boarding team in numerous organizations. Whether I am training formally or not, I am always the go-to for shadowing and mentorship. It's something for which I am very passionate. I love to see others succeed and help them do so. I've done this in each company I've worked for and wouldn't have it any other way. "

I have a good amount of experience in doing theater. Often, you will have fellow cast members who have trouble remembering their lines. I can memorize lines pretty easily, I have gone out of my way to help them to memorize their lines. Knowing that you are helping others makes the job better.

How do you help them memorize their lines? Are there memorization techniques that you recommend? Can you give more details about how much time you spend with them and what the end result is (an amazing performance?) This example is good because it shows that you go out of your way to help others. If you have another example that you can include that involves training or coaching others within a fast food or retail environment, definitely discuss that as well. Good job!
