Before an interview, you should always thoroughly research the company's online presence and, if possible, follow them on social media. This research is also helpful because many companies will post their new openings using their social media platforms. The interviewer would like to know if you are authentically engaged in the In-N-Out Burgers brand and product.

"I am not involved with social media; however, I can only imagine that your posts are fun and mouthwatering. Should I end up on these social platforms, I will be sure to follow In-N-Out Burgers."

I am the most active on Twitter and Instagram, and I follow In-N-Out on both of those platforms. The content they put out always makes me want to eat there. I especially like illustrations that use the mid-20th century style design, an era I have an interest in.
Marcie's Feedback
It's great that you follow the company on both Twitter and Instagram, and the interviewer will be happy to hear that you have a favorable impression of their content/ads. If you can think of a specific post you saw that made an impact, definitely consider talking more about it. That will show the interviewer that you really pay attention to (and care about) the content that the company posts on social media.
Prepare for questions about quality, teamwork, and In-N-Out's values-driven approach.
