"If you were to contact any of my references, who are all current colleagues, they wouldn't hesitate to say that I am a great communicator who is respectful and always encouraging thoughts and ideas from others. These qualities help others to gravitate to me in the workplace and follow me in larger projects. A great example of this would be last year when my sales team was in charge of releasing a new product to regional providers. Early tests indicated that this would be a revolutionary drug, but we didn't have the appropriate marketing materials available at the time our leadership wanted it released. Rather than have a negative attitude, I immediately started getting heads together to come up with a plan for developing materials and a plan for bringing the product to the market. The few on my team who were hesitant upon the first announcement quickly came in to help. After a very successful launch, my manager thanked me for my efforts."
