I took a few months to analyze current methods and come up with a few new ideas to propose to my team. When I had the ideas, I approached my director and they were very thankful. Talk openly to your interviewer about a time when you took the initiative in the workplace to help improve a process or procedure. You'll want to clearly describe your thought process in determining that a change would be necessary and your method for communicating your ideas. You want to ensure your interviewer walks away knowing that you'll never hesitate to bring new and innovative ways of bringing new studies to the clients of their organization.
