"I bring hospital experience. I understand the way doctors and healthcare professionals think and work. I have had direct contact with patients, and I have experience looking at medical records and electronic patient records. I believe most CRAs bring CRO experience, however, I bring the experience from the other side of the fence, the more clinical aspect of the job, which allows me to better connect with physicians to get the best of them in an environment I am familiar with, helping me to be more efficient as a CRA."

      Jaymie's Feedback

You did a great job! Candidates often throw out skillsets like "I'm hardworking, compassionate, trustworthy, etc.," which the interviewer hears countless times. Your answer stands out because you go into detail about your relatable experience, which more clearly translates into the skills and abilities you bring to the table.
