There are many routes that you can take to answer this question. On one hand, you can choose to show passion for the medical field and sciences by picking another profession in those fields. As long as you can speak passionately as to why that would interest you, your interviewer will be impressed. The other route would be to pick something totally unrelated to being a Clinical Research Associate that shows another side of your personality and interests. This can be a great pathway for you to open up and reveal yourself to your interviewer.
