Before jumping into any study, I meet with my internal team to go over any last-minute items and meet with external customers to provide an overview of procedure/protocol and its relevance to the overall goal and/or purpose. Then, I show the procedure, while always asking questions throughout. My instructions are always clear and I prioritize making sure people have instructions in writing as well."
