Focus on some of the relevant topics you learned while attending your courses. Go deeper than any subject you studied and offer what you learned from your college experience, which prepared you for your career. Talk about some of the more interesting things you learned.
"I studied at the University of California Berkeley and have two degrees, a master's in engineering and a BS in nano health technologies with a focus on Biomedical Sciences. I founded a few clubs on campus surrounding exercise and nutrition. I've always been committed to helping improve the health of others and the planet. I'm proud of my accomplishments there and made a lot of progress towards my career goals."
