"I have no issues regulating my emotions to do my job. I am very literal and communicate well. If things ever get to me, I'll request a break when it works for the team for me to do so, and take a few minutes to decompress. But it takes quite a lot for me to even get there. I like to think of myself as in full control of my emotions 99.9% of the time. But, as far as quick little tricks to turn my emotions around, there are a few songs I listen to which steer my emotional state in the direction I want it to go. One is a hard rock/heavy metal song that gives any negative energy a positive eternal output. Anytime I listen to the opening track of this album, I feel great. Another is a soft folk song that always gets the hairs on my arms and the back of my neck to stand on end, inspiring positivity and feelings of hope. I also have several quick little videos of my kids that instantly light up my life every time I watch them."
