"I consider myself a very transparent and honest person. At work, I'm always open and honest with my supervisor about my workload and capacity to take on more, and I also voice when I'm overwhelmed. If I'm struggling, I'm transparent with my team and manager and ask for help. I take pride in being accountable for my work and am always honest when submitting my time card or reports."

"I pride myself on being a transparent leader to my team. I know people will get on board with goals and changes when they understand the rationale behind them. I also have the same policy when addressing performance management among my team. If someone is underperforming compared to their peers, I share that information and help them understand where they are missing the mark. I foster a culture of openness and lead by example."

The most important thing is being honest for me. This was given to me by my family firstly. Both my parent are teachers. I think teachers are one of the honest professionals in the world because of their responsibility to students. Also, you can refer my references to ask about me.

Rachelle's Feedback
Very good! I like how you told the interviewer something personal about yourself, giving them a chance to make a connection with you. I have offered a slight reword, below.
"Honesty is the most important quality for me. Both of my parents are teachers, and they instilled this in me, from the start. Teachers are sincere and honest because they have to be responsible for the learning and wellbeing of their impressionable students. My references will also be able to speak further about my honest character."
