I know that Glencore is one of the biggest coal producers in the world. I also a friend working in Glencore. When I talked to him, he has said that safety and workers happiness are some of the most important things Glencore cares for. By doing that, they always keep their reputation at a high level. Therefore, they boost their chance to get new contracts in the mining industry.
