For the clients of GHD Group, it is important for you to understand that this tactic will for for many, but not for all. Prior to your interview, make sure that you can speak knowledgeably about the concept of zero-based budgeting and research the topic if you need. Explain to your interviewer where you feel this will be appropriate in your work as a consultant with them.
