In many correctional facilities, emergency care is provided immediately to inmates and does not always require the completion of a Medical Services Request form. Yes, When I was in 4th grade, me and my siblings were on our way to school when the bus driver slammed on his brakes and sent my sister flying toward the front of the bus. She smashed her face against the dashboard and was losing a lot of blood. I kept her awake while 911 was called and she made it out ok.
