"I am able to generate positive energy when working with my customer in a number of ways. First, I understand that work can be quite serious at times, but I strive to maintain a lighthearted spirit at work. I find most customers respond well to this. I incorporate laughter and jokes when appropriate, and I take the time to get to know my customers personally.
