Aircraft maintenance records are of utmost importance in the commercial airline industry and on the British Airways engineering team. If hired for this position, you will be tasked with being as meticulous as possible in the record keeping of the work that you perform. In the eyes of the CAA, any work that is performed on an aircraft that cannot be totally documented and recalled will not be recognized by them. For this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear that you do have experience in documenting your work. More importantly, they'll be looking to hear that you understand why documentation is so important, and that you prioritize and value that aspect of the job.
