Who would you say inspires you?

A source of inspiration typically springboards a person towards growth and increased creativity. This question ties goal inspiration and goal progress together. Studies have found that inspiration happens to us externally. It is not willed from within. Therefore, by determining your inspirations, the interviewer can understand how to inspire your professional growth and what you'd contribute towards their growth and their teams. Your life's inspiration can come from a book, a mentor, your family, a celebrity, an author - anyone! Talk to the interviewer about who has inspired your life and what about them inspires you so.
