It always puts a little fire under the hiring manager if they know you are actively looking for a new position. Tell the interviewer about your search so far. Take notes during each interview and keep all your documentation and notes in an organized binder. Without sharing your notes, feel free to inform them about how many interviews you've had, how many more you have, and how many you're waiting to hear back on. Assure them that landing a position with them is at the top of your preferred list.
